Admission Procedure

  • Students can apply by submitting the necessary credentials with the application forms provided by the local partner. The certificate of equivalences, if need be and wherever required, of various African degrees will be undertaken and provided by the African partner.
  • Before point (i) above the Local Partner will verify each student’s record with the original documents and communicate the provisional acceptance.
  • Once the local partner verifies and accepts the application, it will be forwarded to AMITY Mauritius for verification, approval and subsequent enrollments.
  • Subject to meeting the eligibility criteria for a programme, AMITY will register the student and communicate the admission acceptance both to the student and the Local partner by email.

Fee Payments – Regulations

  • All Fee needs to be collected in favour of AMITY Institute of Higher Education.
  • Students are required to pay the Semester Fee latest by 15 days prior to the commencement of the applicable semester.
  • Fee may be paid through Bank Draft / Telegraphic transfers/ Net banking / UNESCO Coupons only.
  • All fee paid by Demand Drafts should be made in favour of "AMITY Education Private Ltd, MAURITIUS".
  • Non-payment of fee during the stipulated period will entitle a student to be declared dropped and may be allowed to continue the programme after due approvals from University and after paying applicable program ‘Continuation Fee’.
  • Fee once paid is non-refundable.
  • After expiry of fee submission date, USD 50 will be applicable per semester in case of deferred semesters.

Registration and Enrolment Process

  • Candidate registers through local partner is issued an offer letter.
  • AMITY verifies broad eligibility and confirms by mail for further submission of documents and registration fee.
  • Local Partner collects application form and registration fee and sends to AMITY for verification and selection.
  • AMITY checks final eligibility as per the submitted documents and directs the student to deposit course fee.
  • Upon final compliance check on the submitted documents by the student, AMITY provides the admission letter to the student.
